Dear Parents,


Thank you for choosing Tomorrow’s Kids Childcare. We’re honored to care for your child. Whether infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, you can trust our carefully selected caregivers to provide responsive caregiving, and effective interactions with each child to build lasting relationships. Our standard is to maintain an environment where each child is allowed the freedom of movement to explore their various developmental milestones, while enjoying fun and early-learning hands-on programs, and to engage families in culturally relevant activities.


Please complete this packet in full to have your child enrolled. If you require further clarification, feel free to ask any questions before you confirm with your initials at the bottom of each page.


A one-time deposit equaling one week’s tuition is required to enroll your infants, toddlers or preschoolers, also an annual processing fee of $50 is required. The tuition is guaranteed and based on New York State Fair Market Rates. Whether tuition is private pay, or paid wholly or partially by the recipients of tuition from the Department of Social Services (DSS) the rate is the same. The rate for your child is for 30 hours to 40 hours of care per week, and also based on the age of your child. If for any reason you need to increase the hours of availability of your child, a rate increase is possible.


Parents who receive child care benefits from the Department of Social Services are required to pay for all the days that your child is absent due to illnesses, vacations, emergency closings and holidays. Failure to pay may result in a raised tuition rate or be subject to the cancellation of your contract with Tomorrow’s Kids. Again, we welcome, and thank you for choosing Tomorrow’s Kid’s Childcare. What are your child’s favorite things? Playing, Tummy Time, Talking (Cooing, Babbling). Adam enjoys picking things up, rolling on the floor, and just being engaged. Adam, before the age of 5 months, was rolling over, sitting up on his own, and speaking a lot through verbal gestures. Adam can also sit up all by himself and is going to crawl soon. Adam also loves to smile. He is a very social baby and loves smiling, making eye contact, and being engaged.

Everything I have listed is true and factual to the best of my knowledge. I have carefully read every page of this contract/ agreement and by signing and initialing each page I acknowledge that I understand and I will abide by Sections IV, V, and VI while my child is receiving care from Tomorrow’s Kids Childcare. 


Any falsification or inconsistencies of records and attendance will result in the immediate termination of my contract with Tomorrow’s Kids Childcare. Tomorrow’s Kids will immediately notify the Department of Social Services of the termination, or withdrawal of the child should I be receiving child care benefits. 


If I need to change or update any information I have previously recorded I will contact Tomorrow’s Kids Childcare immediately to update my information in accordance with their policy.
